2. Click Connect
3. Click Enter Without A Password. (You don't need one.)
4. Click once anywhere on the board to activate it.
5. Start typing.
Tips
1. First and foremost, be aware that other people can come in using your name and cause a lot of shit, so figure it may not be who you think you're talking to.
2. It may take 30 seconds or more for chat to come up, even with DSL.
3. Choosing a Font color can make it easier to keep everything straight.
4. Staring at an empty room can be boring so a lot of people may come in then go for a cup of coffee or have sex, so clicking on the musical note gives you a list of sounds you can use to get someone's attention if it doesn't look like they're there.
5. The green "Do Not Enter" icon enables you to put a little message next to your name, like "Be right back".
6. The 2 red arrows are to log out. Try to remember to log out so nobody will think you're around when you're not.
7. You can right click on someone's name to engage them in a separate private chat, or make their posts invisible to you, in case they're pissing you off.
8. You can place an Avatar next to your name by clicking Action.
9. You can change all kinds of little details by clicking on Options.
10. If the chat doesn't work, you may need to install Java.
11. The "Float" button has returned. Clicking on the 4 arrows increases the size of the chat window to essentially fill your screen.
